Findabarrister.co.uk aims to help Public Access barristers promote and build up their Public Access practices. For just £60.00 plus VAT (discounted from £120) for Full Membership for the first year, your practice can become part of this rapidly growing online directory and one-stop-shop information service. As the only website specializing in Public Access, thousands of potential clients will be just seconds away from reading a comprehensive profile of you and your practice.

Basic Membership
With Basic Membership your basic profile details (some contact details, circuits covered and practice areas) are stored and displayed online for free. Basic Membership will exist only for a limited period.
Full Membership
With Full Membership, all your barrister contact details (address, telephone, email and fax) are prominently displayed to browsers, as well as a large text box to set out information about you and your practice. You can upload a photograph of yourself to go next to your profile. Furthermore, you can link your profile through to your profile on your chambers website if you wish. Your profile will be displayed before Basic Members in the search results.
Full Membership has been discounted to just £60 plus VAT per year (or £5 per month!). That is a discount of 50% from the normal price of £120. Compared with the cost of placing one advert in the regional press, that’s exceptionally good value. If you get one extra brief, it will have paid for itself.
It’s hassle free to join and easy to renew or upgrade your membership. Update or amend your profile at anytime by signing onto Findabarrister and changing it as you want.
How to become a member
Whether you want to be a Basic or Full Member, signing up could not be easier. Simply follow these instructions:
(1) Read the membership terms and conditions;
(2) Fill in your details on the online joining form and submit;
(3) After you have completed the online joining form, Full Members will need to pay either by:
(a) proceeding to the HSBC Bank online payment website; or
(b) sending a cheque made out to 'Barrister Search Limited' for £70.50 (£60 + VAT) to 72 Avenue Road, Dorridge, Solihull, West Midlands B93 8JU (please write your chambers name on the back of the cheque).
Both Basic and Full Membership accounts will be activated immediately. If you are paying by cheque, please ensure your cheque arrives within 7 days in order to avoid your Full Membership account being suspended.

Updating your profile
You can update yourprofile online at any time. Simply sign in using your username (personal email address) and password and edit it as you wish. Your profile will be immediately updated. Access the sign in page by click here.
Upgrading your membership
You can upgrade your membership from Basic to Full at any time.Simply sign in using your username (personal email address) and password and chose the 'upgrade membership' option. Access the sign in page by click here.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel your membership, whether Basic or Full, at anytime. Simply sign in using your username (personal email address) and password and chose the 'cancel now' option. Access the sign in page by click here.
